1:72 Z-43 ( Mask for canopy and wheels)

Zlin Z-43 – mask for the glazing and the wheels 1:72 (Kovozavody Prostejov)

This is a self-adhesive masking set from Kovozavody Prostejov for a model of the light Zlin Z-43 aircraft in 1:72 scale. It is not a model and not a decal – it is a set of precisely die-cut masks to cover the cabin glazing and the wheel hubs while paint is sprayed.

The real subject

The Zlin Z-43 is a Czech four-seat single-engine high-wing monoplane, derived from the successful range of Zlin aerobatic and training aircraft. It served for training, flying club and utility work. The glazed cabin with its large areas is a challenge on a model, which masks make considerably easier.

Use

• Transfer the frame masks onto the glazing and press the edges down.
• Stick the hub masks onto the wheels, then spray the paint.
• Take the masks off once the paint is touch dry, for a sharp edge.
• Intended for models of the light Zlin Z-43 aircraft.

Who it is for

• Modelers who want sharp frames on a large glazed cabin.
• Builders of a small scale.
• Beginners and the advanced alike with an airbrush.

The mask is an aid to painting; it contains no paints and no model.
