What 1:72 scale means

In 1:72 scale a model is seventy-two times smaller than reality. Building and painting tips

First offer the part up dry and find out how much room it needs on the model. Cut excess material away with a sharp blade a little from the part and sand the remainder down with fine abrasive paper. Wash and degrease the surface before gluing and before painting alike. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts; on a material other than polystyrene ordinary modeling cement does not hold and cyanoacrylate is needed. Apply the paint in thin layers, as on small parts a heavy layer quickly floods the edges.
