This resin set from Royal Model contains two American cans from the period of the Second World War in 1:16 scale. It is a cargo and scenic accessory for vehicles and dioramas, not a kit. The castings of quality polyurethane resin capture the characteristic shape of the American can, including the pressed ribs and the closure.
The cans are placed on the holders of vehicles, on load areas or beside figures and supply scenes. They give equipment a credible lived-in look and are a rewarding place for weathering and lettering.
Wash the parts clean of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer before painting; build the metal up in a matte olive or sand shade with a hint of chipping, and add a wash and pigments at the end. Do the sanding with respiratory protection.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other material are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
