Admiral Cabriolet is a plastic kit of the German staff car Opel Admiral of the Second World War in 1:35 scale from ICM, including crew figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit represents the luxurious German staff car Opel Admiral in its cabriolet configuration. The package contains the parts of the body, a clear sprue for the glazing, plastic crew figures and decals for several marking options. The model is built from individual parts and is supplied unpainted.
The Admiral was a prestige passenger car with a powerful engine, which was the top of the prewar Opel range. It was also built in a cabriolet configuration and, thanks to its comfort, was used during the Second World War as a staff and ceremonial vehicle. Its elegant open body makes it a rewarding subject for dioramas and a display piece in its own right alike.
Paint the body and the interior before you close them up. The gloss of automotive paint comes out on a perfectly smoothed surface, so sand the joints carefully and add a primer. Bring the figures to life with gentle shading and a dry brush. Chrome fittings can be rendered with a metallic paint or with polished silver.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
