British Infantry in Gas Masks (1917) 1:35 is a plastic kit of four figures from ICM capturing soldiers of the First World War during a gas alarm.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of four figures of British infantry from the period of the First World War in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer ICM. The set captures soldiers in period uniforms going into action in gas masks and brings the kit and armament for assembling the whole group as well.
The year 1917 was among the peaks of the trench war, in which combat gases were routinely used. British infantrymen therefore went into action with gas masks and full field kit. Figures with masked faces give scenes from the First World War an oppressive atmosphere and suit trench and front-line dioramas alike.
Glue the parts with thin modeling cement for plastic, and clean up the joints of the uniform. Apply a primer before painting. You will color the khaki uniform and the kit with acrylic or enamel, and bring out the gas masks and the leather straps with darker shades; unify the whole with washes and a dry brush to emphasize the folds and the details.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
