An injection-molded plastic kit of the French FCM 36 light infantry tank in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM. The box combines the vehicle model with figures of a French crew, so it makes it possible to build a small genre scene with nothing further needed. Both the tank and the figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The FCM 36 was a French light infantry tank from the end of the 1930s, characterized by a sloped armored turret and hull and by a diesel engine. It was deployed during the fighting of 1940. In its category it was among the more modern designs thanks to its well-sloped armor.
Assemble the running gear and align the armor plates well before you close up the hull. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement, spray the surface with a primer and apply the paints with an airbrush. The French camouflage schemes of 1940 come into their own with fine washes and restrained weathering; the figures round off the overall impression of the scene.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
