An unassembled plastic kit of the German main battle tank Leopard 2 in the A6EX version in 1:35 scale from Hobby Boss. The package contains injection-molded plastic parts, one-piece tracks, a photo-etched sheet and decals.
The Leopard 2 is a German main battle tank and one of the most widespread modern tanks of Western design. The A6 series is marked out by the longer 120 mm tank gun (L55) with higher performance. The A6EX designation refers to an export-oriented demonstration configuration. The tank combines strong firepower, composite armor and high mobility.
Give attention to assembling the one-piece tracks and the running gear. Use thin cement for plastic and glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Lay down the base coat with an airbrush; modern tanks come out well with gentle emphasis on the edges and restrained weathering from washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
