A plastic model kit of the German army truck Henschel 33 D1 in 1:35 scale from ICM. It is an injection-molded plastic model with surface detail, a clear sprue and a decal sheet, capturing the typical three-axle military truck of the Wehrmacht.
The Henschel 33 was a three-axle truck with a payload of around three tons and it was among the most widespread vehicles of its class in the German army. The D1 modification had a six-cylinder gasoline engine. Built from the middle of the 1930s, these vehicles served with every branch of the German armed forces on the Eastern Front, in North Africa, Italy and France.
We recommend assembling the chassis and the axles carefully and evening the surfaces out with a primer and an airbrush. Use a liquid cement on the plastic. The cargo bed and the cab come to life with washes and pigments for dust and mud effects, which underline the field service of the vehicle.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
