This injection-molded plastic kit captures the Ukrainian Kozak-2 wheeled armored vehicle in the version of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The model in 1:35 scale comes from ICM and is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted set of parts with a decal sheet that offers several marking options.
The Kozak-2 is a Ukrainian MRAP class armored vehicle designed to protect its crew against mines and ambushes. It was built on an Iveco chassis and is used by the armed forces of Ukraine including the border guard service. The vehicles are usually armed with a DShKM heavy machine gun and serve for patrolling, transport and crew protection in threatened areas.
Assemble the chassis and the interior first, and only then close the body up. Mask the glazing and paint it with an airbrush over a primer. Even the armored bodywork out with a base color, then bring out the panels, add washes and apply dust or mud pigments to the lower areas and the wheels.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
