1:35 M1101/1102 Light Tactical Trailer is a kit of the light tactical trailer from I Love Kit, a rewarding companion to models of American wheeled equipment.
Responsibility details are not available.
A trailer will not carry a display case on its own, yet it can completely change the character of a scene with an American cross-country vehicle. I Love Kit has rendered it in 1:35 scale and, according to the manufacturer, adds rubber tires and a photo-etched part to it. It is a standalone kit rather than a part for another box, so it can also be built as a companion to a model you have already finished.
The M1101 and M1102 are light tactical trailers towed by vehicles of the HMMWV family and their successors. They differ above all in load capacity; otherwise they share the same layout of body, drawbar and running gear. In the equipment of American units they appear with supply, signals and engineer groups, often with a load of crates, drums or a generator set, so they make a rewarding carrier for diorama accessories.
First check whether the drawbar and the hitch suit the model of the tractor you want to use; the connection is easier to adjust before painting. It is a good idea to spray the body before you fill it with a load, or you will not get a brush into the corners. Degrease the rubber tires, or the paint will not hold on them. Create the dust on the fenders and the deposits on the running gear with pigments and let them stand out against the cleaner upper surface.
The trailer is supplied dismantled and without a finish; the paints and the glue do not belong to the package.
