ICM 1:35 Model T 1917 LCP with a Vickers machine gun is a plastic kit of a light patrol car of the ANZAC forces from the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of a light patrol vehicle built on the chassis of the 1917 Ford Model T and fitted with a heavy Vickers machine gun, in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer ICM. According to the instructions, the Vickers machine gun can also be assembled as a standalone model. Everything is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Ford Model T cars in the light car patrol (LCP) configuration with a water-cooled Vickers machine gun on a tripod were used during the First World War by the units of the ANZAC corps (Australian and New Zealand) in the Middle Eastern theater. The light and mobile vehicles proved themselves in desert and patrol operations.
The small parts of the car and of the machine gun call for careful cleanup and dry-fitting. Glue the plastic with a thin cement, prime the body and apply the paints with an airbrush or a brush. For a period look, dusty shades and light weathering matching the desert environment work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
