Building and painting tips

Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the mating surfaces. They are bonded with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); use respiratory protection while sanding. Lay down a primer, then the base color of the vehicle, set the rubber apart in a darker shade and weather it with dust and mud to suit the setting.
