The T-34/76 1:35 (ICM): an injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet medium tank in its late 1943 production version.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian maker ICM captures the legendary Soviet T-34/76 medium tank in its late wartime production version of 1943. The model offers a well-worked surface, hatches that can be opened and the basic internal equipment of the fighting compartment. Decals for several vehicles from the fighting of 1944 are usually part of it, along with fine details such as grab handles, fuel tanks and tools.
The T-34 is among the most significant tanks of the Second World War. It combined good armor with sloped surfaces, a powerful 76 mm gun and a reliable diesel engine with high mobility across country. The late 1943 production version was marked by production simplifications and by changes to the turret and the equipment, which made mass production possible. The tank became the backbone of the Soviet armored forces and the pattern for a whole series of further variants and derived self-propelled guns.
Assemble and paint the running gear and the interior first, and only then close the hull. Leave the vinyl tracks until the end. Spray the base coat with an airbrush in a shade of Soviet green, then pick the edges out with edge highlighting and lighten the surfaces. For weathering use a darker wash in the recesses, chipping on the edges and earth pigments on the underside and the running gear for realistic mud effects.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
