Injection-molded plastic kit of the British Triumph 3HW military motorcycle in 1:35 scale from Bronco. The box contains two motorcycles and figures of British soldiers in Military Police (MP) dress. The set is meant to bring dioramas and scenes to life, combining vehicles with figures directing traffic or passing on orders.
The Triumph 3HW was a British single-cylinder motorcycle derived from the civilian 3H and adapted for military use. In the Second World War it served mainly for liaison and traffic control; it was often ridden by dispatch riders carrying written orders between units. The Military Police used such motorcycles to supervise the movement of convoys and to direct traffic in the rear areas and close to the front.
Use liquid cement for plastic and handle the fine parts with care. Assemble and paint the frame and engine as a separate subassembly; finish the chromed and glossy details on their own. Paint the figures separately and match them to the motorcycles only at the end, as the poses of the MP directing traffic look convincing. Lay down a primer before painting and spray with an airbrush; small paint chips and dust will add realism to the scene.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
