Responsibility details are not available.
An extensive injection-molded plastic kit of the Ukrainian T-64BM Bulat main battle tank in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter. The set offers a richly detailed turret and lower hull built up from several parts, plastic tracks and photo-etched parts. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The T-64BM Bulat is a Ukrainian upgrade of the proven Soviet T-64B tank. The program was presented in the late 1990s and the rebuilt vehicles reached the Ukrainian army in the middle of the following decade. Its distinctive feature is the Ukrainian modular Nozh explosive reactive armor.
Given the high parts count, plan the build in subassemblies; finish the running gear and the armor blocks first, then the turret. Glue the plastic with a thin cement, lay down a primer coat and apply the paint with an airbrush. Modern Ukrainian schemes come out well with subtle panel highlighting and restrained weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
