Unimog S 404 Krankenwagen 1:35 is a plastic kit of the German military ambulance from ICM.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM captures the German military ambulance Unimog S 404 (Krankenwagen) in 1:35 scale. The model offers a choice of two versions of the body and several decal schemes. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Unimog S 404 was a general-purpose cross-country truck of the Bundeswehr whose payload also allowed it to be used as an ambulance. The interior of the box body could be arranged to carry stretchers as well as seated patients. Ambulances carried large white circles with red crosses, and the Bundeswehr used them for many years.
Finish the chassis and the interior of the body first, and only then close the body up. Glue the plastic with liquid cement, lay on a primer and paint with an airbrush. Fine washes and pigments fine-tune the weathering; apply the red crosses as decals onto a smooth gloss coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
