This diorama set from the Ukrainian brand ICM brings together three injection-molded plastic kits of British trucks of the Second World War in 1:35 scale. The box contains models of the Model W.O.T. 6, the Model W.O.T. 8 and the Leyland Retriever General Service. Each vehicle has a well-developed chassis and engine and its own decal sheet. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
During the war the British army relied on a wide range of trucks to carry troops, materiel and supplies. The W.O.T. (War Office Truck) types and the heavier Leyland Retriever served on fronts from North Africa to Europe as general transport and supply vehicles. They make a rewarding basis for a British diorama.
On military vehicles, assemble and paint the chassis, the engine and the cab before you close the body. Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and use washes and pigments for dust and mud effects in the weathering. Lay British khaki schemes over an even base and seal them with a matte coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
