An injection-molded plastic kit of an American military vehicle of the Second World War in 1:35 scale from ICM. The set captures the G7107 off-road truck fitted with an M1919A4 machine gun in a patrol vehicle configuration.
The G7107 was an American off-road truck with all-wheel drive from the extensive G7100 series. These reliable machines served in the Second World War to carry troops and supplies, and once a machine gun was fitted they could also be used for patrol and escort duties. The 7.62 mm M1919A4 machine gun was part of the standard American infantry armament.
It is best to assemble and paint the chassis, the engine and the cab first, and only then to close up the body. Use thin plastic cement on the joints, a primer and an airbrush. The olive drab shade is brought to life by a light wash, dust pigments and dry weathering on the chassis.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
