This is NOT an airplane model but a resin detail set in 1:48 scale from the Clear Prop Models brand. It adds a more faithfully rendered main landing gear bay to a Messerschmitt Bf 109E model, with the texture of the inner walls and details that a plastic kit usually simplifies.
The Bf 109E, the Emil, was an early type of German fighter from the beginning of the Second World War. On a model on its stand the landing gear bays are clearly visible from below, so sharpening them up raises the realistic impression considerably.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
