Injection-molded plastic kit in 1:48 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM. The edition is devoted to a particular machine nicknamed Flak Bait, which served with the 322nd Bombardment Group of the US Army.
The Martin B-26 Marauder was an American twin-engine medium bomber with a high speed and a characteristically slender fuselage. The particular aircraft Flak Bait became famous as the American bomber that survived a record number of combat sorties over occupied Europe, taking hundreds of hits and yet always coming back. It became a symbol of the toughness of the type.
Paint and fit the cockpit and the interior before closing the fuselage up. For even camouflage and metal shades an airbrush and a good primer are the right tools; mask the clear parts. You can bring out the panel lines with a wash and finish the wear with pigments and gentle paint chipping on the exposed edges.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
