Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German two-seat Halberstadt CL.IV ground-attack aircraft of the First World War in 1:48 scale from Mirage Hobby. The Rol. designation refers to the production series with a lengthened fuselage. Besides the plastic parts, the package contains photo-etched metal parts and a decal sheet. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Halberstadt CL.IV was a light two-seat aircraft intended for escort, reconnaissance and ground-attack support of the army at the close of the First World War. It stood out for its agility and for the good teamwork between the pilot and the gunner-observer. The lengthened series built under license differed from the early form in the outline of the rear fuselage.
This is a period biplane, so expect to fit the struts carefully and possibly to rig the bracing wires. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue and form them gently. The lozenge camouflage printed on the fabric is typical, and it can be done with decals or with paint. The build is more demanding and is recommended to more experienced modelers.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
