A 1:48 plastic kit of the Italian fighter of the Second World War, the Macchi MC.200 Saetta, from Italeri.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Italian fighter Macchi MC.200 Saetta in 1:48 scale from Italeri. The package contains gray and clear plastic and decals for machines of the Regia Aeronautica; the particular color schemes and any photo-etched parts differ between editions.
The MC.200 Saetta was one of the most used Italian fighters of the Second World War. It was an all-metal low-wing aircraft with a radial engine from the design office of Mario Castoldi. Over a thousand were built and the machine was used in the Mediterranean and on the Eastern Front.
Finish and paint the cockpit before closing the fuselage, and mask the canopy glazing. An airbrush and templates suit typical Italian camouflage (for example the ring-shaped mottling). It is recommended to attach the stores and the landing gear only after the base painting and varnishing.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
