This is not a model of an aircraft, but a detailed resin set of a radial engine for building the Japanese Mitsubishi A5M Claude fighter in 1:72 scale. The set is conceived for all versions of the A5M and replaces the simplified engine from the base kit with faithfully cast parts.
The resin castings bring fine detail of the cylinders, the plumbing and the engine accessories into the forward part of the fuselage. The parts are shaped for the matching A5M Claude kits in this scale.
Wash the parts to remove mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). An engine is a rewarding object for drybrushing and washes, which bring out its layout; protect your airways when sanding resin.
The model of the aircraft itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
