Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from ICM captures the Soviet BM-14-16 self-propelled rocket launcher built on the chassis of the ZiL-157 off-road truck. The model is built from gray molded plastic, and the package holds decals and illustrated instructions with a color scheme. Check the exact contents of the package against the release.
The BM-14-16 rocket launcher system appeared at the start of the 1950s. Its artillery part is made up of sixteen tubular launch guides for spin-stabilized rockets of 140 mm caliber. The launcher was mounted on the off-road ZiL-157 chassis (6x6) with its high mobility, which gave the system good movement over demanding terrain.
We recommend finishing the chassis and the suspension first and only then fitting the launcher. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement, lay down a primer and spray the paints with an airbrush. For a realistic look, picking out the panels with a wash and dusting with pigments work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
