British & Scots Infantry 1805-1815 1:72 from Italeri is a set of many small plastic figures of British and Scottish infantry from the Napoleonic Wars.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains a large number of small unglued and unpainted plastic figures of British and Scottish infantry from the Napoleonic Wars (1805-1815) in 1:72 scale. It is a typical set of historical figures from the Italian maker Italeri, suitable for dioramas and for tabletop wargames alike.
The figures portray Wellington's infantry, which made its name in the battles of the height of the Napoleonic Wars. The British soldiers wear period uniforms and carry Brown Bess muzzle-loading muskets, while the Scottish units are set apart by their characteristic bonnets and kilts. The set includes soldiers in various fighting poses along with supporting figures.
Separate the figures from the sprues with side cutters and glue them only at the joints, ideally with cyanoacrylate. Painting works best with thinned acrylics built up in layers, with the edges lifted by dry-brushing and a dark wash run into the folds to bring out the uniforms and equipment.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
