Revell Model-Set Fokker DR.1 Triplane 1:72 is a complete starter set of the famous triplane of the First World War including paints, a brush and glue.
Responsibility details are not available.
This starter set contains an injection-molded plastic kit of the German fighter triplane Fokker Dr.I in 1:72 scale and with it modeling paints, a brush and glue. Everything is therefore in one package and you can start the build at once. That makes the set suitable as a gift and as a first model in a collection of Great War aircraft.
The Fokker Dr.I was one of the best-known fighter aircraft of the First World War. Its three lifting surfaces one above the other gave it outstanding agility and a steep rate of climb, which helped pilots in air combat. The most famous pilot of this type was Manfred von Richthofen, nicknamed the Red Baron, whose red triplane became a legend. The aircraft was powered by a rotary engine and was armed with a pair of machine guns.
On biplanes and triplanes pay attention to seating the struts and the lifting surfaces correctly, so that the model holds its geometry. Glue small parts such as the machine guns and the propeller carefully with a small amount of glue. You will bring out the striking red scheme with an even coat of paint, and you can paint in the fine details of the cockpit with the brush from the enclosed set.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The paints, the brush and the glue are part of this starter set.
