The Heinkel He 280 was an early German experimental jet-powered fighter. It flew as early as the beginning of the 1940s and was one of the first jet fighters in the world, but it never reached series production. The V3 prototype was one of the development machines of the program; the aircraft became known, among other things, as the first aircraft from which a pilot escaped in an emergency using an ejection seat.
With short-run kits expect more careful cleaning up of the parts and adjustment of the mating surfaces.
