An injection-molded plastic kit of the French carrier-borne multirole fighter Dassault Rafale M in 1:72 scale from Hobby Boss. The model has engraved panel lines, a well-worked cockpit with an instrument panel and an ejection seat, and clear canopy parts. The box contains plastic parts and waterslide decals for French naval aviation schemes.
The Dassault Rafale M is the single-seat carrier version of the French multirole fighter for operating from aircraft carriers. It is marked by a delta wing layout with canard foreplanes, strengthened landing gear and a tailhook for landing on the deck. The Rafale is among the most modern European fighters and it carries out tasks from air combat to precision strikes and reconnaissance.
Use thin cement for plastic, and finish and paint the cockpit before closing the fuselage. Apply primer before varnishing and lay the colors on with an airbrush; naval Rafales typically wear gray shades with pronounced service wear. Finish the underwing armament and the tanks separately and glue them on at the end of the build; mask the clear canopy and fit it last.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
