Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Vickers E light tank in its twin-turret form in 1:72 scale from the Polish maker First to Fight. It is a smaller model from the range focused on the equipment of the Polish campaign of 1939. The box contains plastic parts, decals and an information booklet. The model suits a collection of small interwar and prewar equipment.
The Vickers E, the Vickers 6-ton, was a British export light tank of the end of the 1920s which won a number of foreign users. The twin-turret version carried a machine gun in each of its turrets. Poland bought fifty of these tanks and on their basis developed license production and modifications of its own, which led to the domestic 7TP tank. The Vickers E thus stands at the roots of Polish prewar tank development.
Use thin cement for plastic and finish the running gear before you close the hull. Lay down primer before painting and apply the paints with an airbrush. With interwar equipment multicolor camouflage schemes come into their own; washes and pigments for mud and dust effects on the running gear work well. Glue the small parts carefully, so that the fine detail is preserved.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
