Wehrmacht light armored vehicles (1:72), a set from ICM with parts for several German reconnaissance vehicles of the Second World War (Sd.Kfz.222, 223, 260 and 261) in one package.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of several German light armored vehicles of the Second World War in 1:72 scale from the Ukrainian maker ICM. In one package you will find parts for building several variants of the proven Sd.Kfz. family: the Sd.Kfz.222 and Sd.Kfz.223 combat reconnaissance cars and the Sd.Kfz.260 and Sd.Kfz.261 radio, that is signals, versions. The small 1:72 scale is ideal for a diorama in which you build a whole reconnaissance group together.
This was a family of four-wheeled light armored vehicles built on a common Horch chassis with all-wheel drive. The Sd.Kfz.222 was the most widespread reconnaissance car, with a small rotating turret, a 20 mm autocannon and a machine gun; the Sd.Kfz.223 was the signals version with a frame antenna. The Sd.Kfz.260 and 261 were radio, that is signals, cars for staffs and command, meant mainly to pass messages. The vehicles served with reconnaissance units on most fronts and, thanks to their various bodies, make up a varied line-up.
In a small scale take care to cut the tiny parts cleanly off the sprues and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Assemble and paint the chassis and the suspension before you close the hull. Once the base color has been sprayed on, gray or the later dark yellow, you bring the model to life with a wash flowing into the detail and with pigments for dust and mud effects on the underside; weathering looks very convincing on reconnaissance cars.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
