Acrylic Color Wonka Violet - a saturated violet for figures

Wonka Violet belongs to the Acrylic Color figure line from Green Stuff World. It is a clean violet with a sweet pitch, which you will usually bring in where the color is meant to be seen: wizards' cloaks, banners, magical effects, mosses and potions. Like every acrylic from this line it thins with water and mixes with other water-thinnable paints. The name of the shade is a fanciful name for a color, nothing more, and it says nothing about any license or gaming system.

Working with the paint and a wet palette

• A saturated violet suits contrasting elements, of which there are few on a figure but which carry the whole expression.
• Acrylics for figures dry quickly. When you sit over one batch for a longer time, use a wet palette, as the paint stays workable even after an hour and does not have to be mixed again.
• On a wet palette you also keep a mixed transition, so the highlight comes out the same on every figure.
• Thinned paint runs into detail better than thick paint straight from the bottle. Thin it with water or with an acrylic thinner, because lacquer thinner does not belong in an acrylic.
• Shake the bottle before taking paint out and close it at once, or it will dry up on the neck.
