Angled precision micro shears from Model Craft have the cutting head set at fifty-five degrees and a narrowed tip, so they reach places where ordinary nippers have no room.
Responsibility details are not available.
A precise cutting tool for fine work with soft wire and small plastic parts. The cutting head is set at fifty-five degrees to the body and the tip is narrowed, which is the essential difference from straight nippers: you come to the place of the cut at an angle, your hand stays out of the way and you see exactly where the tool bites. The edges are ground for a smooth, practically flush cut, so very little work with a file is left after the cut.
For modelers who work with wire, lighting and small metal parts, and for anyone who finds that straight nippers simply cannot get into the place in question. It does not replace ordinary nippers for snipping parts off thick sprues; it is a tool for fine, precise work in a narrow space.
The tool is intended for soft materials. Hardened steel, piano wire and hard alloys will chip the edges. Cut with eye protection, as the cut ends fly off. Keep out of the reach of children.
