AS-28 Medium Gray 100ml

Tamiya AS-28 Medium Gray (100 ml)

Tamiya AS-28 Medium Gray is a synthetic lacquer in a spray can from the Aircraft Spray (AS) range, intended for painting plastic aircraft models. The medium gray shade is mixed to match the finish of contemporary American military aircraft. The lacquer dries quickly, creates a smooth and even surface and is compatible with acrylic as well as enamel paints, so you can safely apply washes and other weathering techniques over a cured coat. The package volume is 100 ml.

Use

• Shake the spray thoroughly before use so that the paint is mixed.
• Spray from a distance of about 25 to 30 cm in several thin coats; thin coats prevent runs and preserve the detail.
• Apply it onto clean, degreased plastic or over a primer for better adhesion and a richer shade.
• Let the lacquer dry between coats; full curing takes only a short time.
• The shade suits models of contemporary American aircraft above all; once dry it can be overcoated with washes and effects.

Who it is for

For aircraft modelers who want a quick and even coat of medium gray without needing an airbrush. The spray will be appreciated by a beginner as well as an experienced builder painting the larger areas of the fuselage and wings of contemporary aircraft.

Aerosol under pressure, extremely flammable. Use only in a well-ventilated area, away from open flame and sources of ignition. Protect the can from heat and direct sunlight, do not pierce it and do not throw it into a fire. Keep out of the reach of children.
