The ATOM USAAF WWII Colors Set from AMMO of Mig Jimenez is a set of four water-based acrylic paints of 20 ml each for American aircraft of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of four water-based acrylic paints in 20 ml bottles, put together for the camouflage of US Army Air Forces aircraft in the Second World War. It contains two olive shades, a further green and a neutral gray for the undersurfaces, that is, the basic palette on which most aircraft of the period were built. According to the manufacturer the ATOM range behaves like a lacquer, flows out into a smooth coat and dries quickly, and once dry it will take further acrylics, enamels and decal solutions. A volume of 20 ml in a bottle is generous for a single build, so the paint will last across several models.
For modelers of American aviation who want the basic palette in a small package that is easy to store. Four shades cover the typical camouflage, and the modeler adds the rest according to the particular aircraft.
Shake the bottle before use. The paint is thinned with water or with the brand's own thinner. Work in a ventilated area and keep out of the reach of children.
