The Bathroom Furniture set from the Spanish brand AK interactive is a scenic accessory for building dioramas and gaming sceneries. It is not a model kit nor a figure, but the fittings of a bathroom interior, which give a scene a story and a credible pointer to scale. The figure of 30 to 35 mm is the size standard of figure games, that is, the approximate height of a human figure in the scene, not the scale of a model in the usual notation with a colon.
What the accessory suits
Interior fittings are used wherever a scene is to tell of a civilian setting: in the ruin of a residential building, in an abandoned building, in a cutaway section of a floor or on a base under a single figure. It is precisely the small fittings that tell an empty backdrop apart from a scene the viewer believes, and yet they are very laborious to make from leftovers.
For diorama builders, players of figure games and builders of sceneries who put interiors together and are looking for ready-made fittings instead of laborious work to measure. Even a less experienced modeler can manage it, because unlike a kit it does not call for demanding assembly of a structure.
Paints, glue and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
