A set of five hollow brass tubes with an outer diameter of 0.4 mm. They serve as material for detailing and building your own parts (scratchbuilding) on plastic models and dioramas. Thanks to their hollow construction, they can also be used where a hole or the passage of a thinner wire is needed.
For modelers replacing plastic parts with metal for strength and scale fineness. Brass is easy to cut, sand and solder; it is glued with cyanoacrylate (super glue) or soldered. Degrease the surface before painting and use a primer for metal.
Cutting creates sharp edges — work carefully. Do not inhale metal filings, and sweep them up.
