Brown Hungarian AF

Mr.Paint Brown (Hungarian AF)

A lacquer-based modeling paint from Mr.Paint (MRP) in a 30 ml dropper bottle. It is the brown camouflage shade used on aircraft and helicopters of the Hungarian Air Force and is one of the three colors of the camouflage scheme typical of machines of Soviet design. The paint is intended solely for spraying with an airbrush.

Use

• applied with an airbrush in thin coats; it is pre-thinned for nozzles of roughly 0.3 mm and needs no thinning as a rule
• for finer transitions or a larger nozzle it is thinned with lacquer (MRP) thinner, never with water
• it dries quickly into a thin, matte-leaning, tough film
• it works in combination with the other shades of the Hungarian camouflage (dark green, light blue)

Who the paint is for

For modelers building Hungarian Air Force equipment (for example the MiG-21, the L-39 or Mi series helicopters) who work with an airbrush and want accurate factory shades with a thin film.

The lacquer is flammable and its fumes are harmful to health. Work in a well-ventilated space, use a respirator and protect your skin and eyes. Do not thin with water.
