Mr.Paint Burnt Metal Blue (Blue-Tinted Burnt Metal) — Metallic Lacquer for Airbrush

A metallic lacquer modeling paint from Mr.Paint in the blue-tinted burnt metal (Burnt Metal Blue) shade. It imitates metal heavily discolored by heat — the bluish sheen that forms on exhaust systems and other heavily heat-stressed surfaces such as gun barrels. This is a lacquer-based metallic finish, pre-thinned and ready for immediate airbrush application; it is supplied in a 30 ml volume.

Use

• heavily heat-discolored exhausts, gun barrels, piping and other highly stressed metal surfaces
• applied exclusively with an airbrush, generally with no further thinning at a 0.3 mm nozzle
• metallic finishes look best on a smooth, dark, even base
• worth combining with lighter burnt-metal shades for a realistic heat-discoloration gradient
• clean the airbrush after use with a cleaner suited to lacquer paints
