Clear airbrush masking film in A5 format in a package of three pieces from MH models is a material for cutting your own masks for larger areas.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a modeling supply, not a model or an accessory for one. The clear film serves as a universal material for your own masks and templates. The A5 format is an advantage over smaller sheets where you need to cover a continuous area with a single piece, that is, on whole wings, the sides of a fuselage, the hull of a vehicle or on large models in 1:32 and 1:35 scale. Fewer joined pieces mean fewer places where paint can blow underneath. The package contains three sheets.
Cut with a sharp scalpel on a cutting mat, as a blunt blade tears the material. With large templates, sketch the shape on paper first, lay it under the clear film and only then cut, which will save material. Press the film down along the whole edge and secure it in the surrounding area with masking tape or paper, so that it is not lifted by the stream of air. Spray perpendicularly, in thin coats and preferably from a greater distance, because an angled coat will blow under even a well seated mask. Take the mask off while the paint has set, and always in the direction from the edge into the sprayed area.
The film is a consumable. Cut it on a mat with a sharp blade and take the mask off carefully after spraying, so that the paint is not pulled away.
