About product

Cobra Motor MP4 Red, an AMMO acrylic paint

A racing red paint from the specialized Cobra Motor automotive line by AMMO. It is a water-thinnable acrylic for car models that covers well, flows smoothly and looks like a lacquer once airbrushed. The bottle holds 30 ml. It is neither an enamel nor a lacquer, but a non-toxic acrylic for brush and airbrush alike.

Use

  • Suited to the bodies of sports and racing cars in a red shade.
  • Applied with brush and airbrush alike; before spraying it is thinned with the acrylic thinner of the same line or with water.
  • For the full depth of the red we recommend a light base and thin, even coats.
  • A final acrylic varnish gives the body its gloss.

Who it is for

For modelers of collector cars who want a faithful racing red.

Keep out of the reach of children. Work in a ventilated room and close the bottle well after use.

FAQ

It is a water-thinnable acrylic. Once thinned and airbrushed it behaves like a lacquer, but chemically it is a non-toxic acrylic paint.

With the acrylic thinner of the same line or with water; not with lacquer or enamel thinners.

By applying it over a light base and in thin coats; a final acrylic varnish adds the gloss.
