It is a detail accessory for the basic kit - it is not a stand-alone airplane model. The set contains two faithfully shaped tanks including the carrying pylons and fine surface detail.
It replaces or supplements the kit drop tanks with more accurate and more cleanly finished resin parts. The large 2250 liter tanks were a typical part of the Tornado's load on long-range missions, so the set helps to build the aircraft in a faithful combat configuration.
Wash the resin parts free of print resin residue, separate them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate; protect your airways when sanding. Prime the tanks before painting and spray them with an airbrush; smooth surfaces reward a good base and, if you like, panel lines picked out.
This is a detail accessory, not a stand-alone model. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
