A set of resin (3D-printed) figures from the South Korean maker Tori Factory. It holds over 330 small figures of the crew members of an American warship captured in the seated pose. It is an accessory for bringing the deck of a vessel model in 1:350 scale to life, not a stand-alone model of a ship.
The figures represent US Navy sailors at rest and on ordinary duty. The seated characters suit the railings, the walkways or the areas around the superstructures and round out the dynamic standing sets with the calmer elements of everyday life on deck.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, gently separate the print supports and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). In such a small scale it pays to paint with a brush and to use a fine wash to bring out the folds. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
