Responsibility details are not available.
A wood stove is a rewarding piece of equipment for a scene, because it tells a story by itself: where a stove stands, there was heating, drying and cooking. In a diorama it settles the corner of a room, a dugout, a guardhouse or a workshop, and gives the space a scale against which the height of a figure and the size of the furniture are compared. It also serves well as a pretext for further small things, that is for logs by the wall, a bucket for ashes or a kettle on the hotplate.
A wood stove in 1:35 scale for completing a diorama or an interior scene. Check the number of parts it is assembled from and the material against the manufacturer's information on the packaging.
Before painting, wash the part in lukewarm soapy water and let it dry, so that the paint holds. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts and according to the manufacturer's instructions. A stove suits a dark base, over it a fine lightening of the edges with a dry brush, and dark traces of soot around the door and the hotplate. Rust belongs rather on the sides and on the bottom than on the hotplate, which stays polished by use. A little disorder adds conviction too: ashes under the door, fingerprints on the handle, a poker propped against it.
Paints, glue, figures and a base for a diorama are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
