A stencil in 1:35 scale for applying the prints of hands and of a dog's paws onto the terrain of a diorama. The motif is applied with paint through the enclosed stencil.
Responsibility details are not available.
The print of a palm on a muddy slope or a dog's paw across a rutted road gives away that somebody went through the scene. It gives a diorama action even where no figure happens to stand. Drawing tracks like that freehand and keeping the same shape and size is hard, though, and this stencil in 1:35 scale does exactly that work.
This is a stencil for applying the prints of hands and of a dog's paws in 1:35 scale. How many motifs it carries, how large the sheet is and what it is made of can be found from the manufacturer's information. The extent and the recommended procedure for applying it are therefore on the box and in the manufacturer's instructions.
Lay the stencil on a finished and dry surface and press it down over its whole area, so that the paint does not run under the edge. Apply weakly and in coats, because a saturated solid print looks printed on. Compose the prints into a path with irregular spacing, as a regular repetition gives the stencil away at first glance.
The stencil is aimed at builders of dioramas and display-case bases in 1:35 scale who want the traces of movement in their scene. Even a beginner will manage the procedure; just try it out as a rehearsal on a piece of cardboard. The model, a base, paints and tools are not included, unless stated otherwise.
