A small injection-molded plastic kit of the German Panzer IV medium tank in the Ausf. H version in 1:100 scale. It is a snap-fit model: the parts fit together without glue, so it goes together quickly. The package usually comes with a unit flag and the model also suits use as a gaming piece in a tabletop strategy. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Panzer IV was the most widely built German medium tank of the Second World War and the only one produced throughout the conflict. The late Ausf. H version was among the most numerous: it carried a long high-velocity 75 mm gun, added side armor skirts (Schürzen) against anti-tank projectiles and strengthened frontal armor. It formed the backbone of the German tank units in the second half of the war.
Thanks to the snap-fit design even a beginner or a child can build the model without glue. For a more durable result the joints can still take a drop of cement. The small format will appreciate an airbrushed finish: a base shade, dry brushing on the edges and a light pigment on the running gear give depth even to a small model.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
