The Aoshima Kawasaki KZ400E Z400FX '79 1:12 is a plastic kit of the legendary Japanese four of the 1979 model year with faithful metal and vinyl details.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the classic Japanese motorcycle in 1:12 scale from Aoshima, from its range of motorcycle models. It captures the form of the machine as of 1979 and combines plastic parts with metal and vinyl elements to raise the realism.
The Kawasaki Z400FX (type designation KZ400E) became an icon of the 400 cc class in the late 1970s. It is powered by an air-cooled four-stroke inline four with DOHC valve gear, which set off a wave of interest in smaller but full-blooded four-cylinder motorcycles.
The model calls for assembly and painting. Metal springs for the rear shock absorbers and vinyl tubing for the cables and hoses raise the realism, and the axles and pivots are handled with metal screws for strength. We recommend spraying the frame and the engine with an airbrush, protecting the chromed areas with masks and overcoating the tank with gloss varnish; fine-tune the small decals according to the version you choose.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
