Wet (waterslide) decals from Mark I in 1:144 scale. The sheet brings the markings of the Panavia Tornado interceptor in the F.2 and F.3 versions in service with the Royal Air Force (RAF).

The real subject

The Tornado in its air defense version (ADV) was a two-seat interceptor with a variable-geometry wing, used by RAF squadrons to defend the airspace. The F.3 version was the most widespread production variant.

Use

  • Applied the wet way onto a glossy, smooth base
  • A decal softener is recommended so that they settle onto shaped surfaces
  • Once dry, go over them with a matte or semi-gloss varnish to suit the surface of the model
