The LVTP-7 (later the AAV-7) is an American amphibious armored personnel carrier of the Marine Corps (USMC), intended to land troops from ships directly onto the shore. In the water it moves under its own power and once it reaches the beach it carries on over its tracks, so that it forms a key link in amphibious landing operations.
In a small scale it pays to clean the parts up carefully and to glue them with a small amount of thin plastic cement. After the primer, spray the base color with an airbrush, lay the decals over a gloss base and bring the vehicle to life with fine highlighting of the details with a wash and discreet dusting. Even a small model looks good on a simple base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
