An injection-molded plastic kit of the Japanese Nissan Silvia S15 coupe (Spec.R, the 1999 model) in 1:24 scale from The Model Car range. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted and is meant to be glued and painted.
The Silvia S15 of 1999 was the last generation of this rear-wheel-drive sports coupe. The Spec.R version was powered by the turbocharged SR20DET engine, and the car became a popular icon of the tuning and drifting scene.
The body is best sprayed with an airbrush over a primer and then given a gloss coat for a deep shine. Glue the chrome and clear parts with a cement that leaves no milky film. The interior and chassis detail stands out after a black wash and a light patina.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
