1:32 Decals Light Linen with linen effect

Light linen with linen effect decals 1:32

A set of printed waterslide decals from the manufacturer Lukgraph in 1:32 scale which imitate the light fabric covering of aircraft including the fine texture of the weave. Unlike purely textural decals they also carry the light shade of the linen, so they color a surface straight away and at the same time lend it a faithful texture. This is neither paint in a bottle nor a model, but a surface accessory for a covering.

What it is for

Linen left unpainted or given only a clear coat had a light, warm tone and a fine woven texture. This decal combines both elements and makes a faithful rendering of a covering possible without the laborious painting and shading of the weave.

Use and tips

• Give the base a gloss clear coat, ideally in a light neutral tone.
• Settle the decal on a moistened surface and squeeze the air and the excess water out.
• Support the fit to the details with decal softener.
• Fine-tune the look with light filters and seal with matte to satin clear coat.

Who the set is for

• Builders of models of aircraft with fabric covering in 1:32 scale.
• Modelers who want light linen with its texture in one step.
• Anyone interested in faithful historic coverings.

These are supplementary decals. The model of the aircraft, paints and glue are not included in the package.
